Minding Each Moment is a Taunton based Yoga practice founded by Andrea Osborne and was developed with the aim of providing friendly and inclusive, yoga classes with a specialty focus on perinatal Yoga for Pregnancy & Yoga-lates for Postnatal Recovery

Pregnancy Yoga

For Strength, Stamina & Birth Prep

Gentle classes taught with the aim to promote vitality, strength and endurance during pregnancy; to encourage ease and relaxation, lower anxiety associated with pregnancy and birth, and to help prepare you for an optimal birth experience and post birth recovery.

Sunday evening group sessions are a wonderful time to meet other mums-to-be and unwind before the coming week.

Yoga for Postnatal Recovery

Renew, Restore, Regain & Maintain

Support long term physical wellbeing through yoga-lates sessions specially designed for postnatal recovery with practices to ‘close the body’; supporting the muscles to gently knit back together; returning the body to optimal alignment, stabilising the pelvis and reconditioning the core muscles.

Sessions are offered 1 to 1 within your home; an opportunity for nurture and selfcare within your own environment.


Please note there are currently no pregnancy yoga classes running, as I am taking time to do some additional training and to consider my teaching path.
